Meet Our Team
Fraser Muir believes that kindness and consultation are the keys to effective recruiting. With almost a dozen years in the business, he has a natural feel for matching the person to the position. “It’s about the handshake, and really getting to know people. I want to know who you are, and what your goals are as an employer or employee,” he explains. “I know I can help you – just tell me what you need.”
For Fraser, building trust by maintaining close relationships with clients over time leads to consistently excellent results. He knows that fit is just as important as a list of qualifications, and takes the time to listen and learn about each business he serves and each applicant he reviews.
“Personal connection is the most important thing. I genuinely feel like I help people every day. It’s not about money, or a quick fix. It’s about people, and helping my candidates and clients grow by finding the right person for the job, and the right job for the person.”
